PRAYER POINTS ON TODAY'S OPEN HEAVENS DEVOTIONAL
Sunday 28th September, 2025
HIS WAYS ARE NOT YOUR WAYS
Special Note
These prayer points are not written by Pastor E. A. Adeboye, but by one of his disciples of Christ, who was inspired and mandated by the Holy Spirit, effective, January 1st, 2015, to start writing these prayer points, based on the Open Heavens Daily Devotional authored by Pastor E. A. Adeboye.
Some of the prayer points are deep spiritually and may not be understood by carnal minds.
If you want to be blessed from these prayer points, you must first, surrender Your life, to the Lord Jesus Christ, Himself, by saying this prayer:
“Lord Jesus, I come to You with a deeply repentant heart, please, forgive me all my sins. I surrender my life to you, today, and, I accept You, as my personal Lord and Saviour. Please, come into my life and save my soul from eternal destruction in hell fire, in Jesus' name I pray.
PRAYER POINTS
1.Father, "as higher as the heavens is to the earth, so are Your ways and Your thoughts higher than mine" what a Mighty God You are!
2.Father, You choose whosoever and anything You wish to use to show forth Your power and glory, and no one can question Your authority.
3.Father, You prepared a table before me, in the presence of my enemies; You anointed my head with oil, and my cup runs over. Thank You for being with me, even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death.
4.Father, please help me to believe You, and when I'm asked to do anything, help me to obey Your instructions completely, in Jesus' name.
5.Father, please help me wait and trust in You, even when it appears I have to wait forever. Help me not to learn the hard way of having to obey You, in Jesus' name.
6.Father, please deliver me from partial obedience, so I won't end in regrets and shame. Every good thing You have started in my life, help me to trust You to bring it to perfection, in Jesus' name.
7.Father, I commit all my thoughts to You, please order my steps in Your way, and please don't let me ever go, if You will not go with me, in Jesus' name.
8.Father, please do not take away Your presence from me. Show me the path to walk so I won't destroy Your plans for my life and family, in Jesus name.
9.Father, just like the stick sank for the axe head to float, You died, buried and rose again to live forever so I reign with You forever; please let every good thing that I had lost be restored back to me in full, in Jesus' name.
10.Father, please help me to walk with You in faith and obedience. Help me never to do things my own way without involving You, in Jesus' name.
11.Father, please bless Your son, Pastor Enoch Adejare Adeboye in all areas of his life.
Get involved in his life and ministry, and help him never to out of Your will; bless his home, and family (biological and spiritual), and help them to continue to produce sons and daughters to Your glory, in Jesus' name.
12.Father, bless Your son that You have been using to prepare these prayer points, beyond measures, and all those who have been rebroadcasting them, in Jesus' name.
13.Father, let every challenge, hindrance and obstacle of getting these prayer points across to Your children, timely, and on daily basis be removed, in Jesus' name.
14.Your Personal petitions.

15..In Jesus' name I pray.

The Holy Spirit is the author, though He used someone, who, out of humility has refused to take glory for it, by not putting his name. It is plagiarism to use, or pass as your own, someone else writing or work. The original author of these prayer points is the Holy Spirit. So, share, but don't share His glory with Him in the process.
Remain blessed as you obey in Jesus' name.
