REVERSING SHAME

‎✓Father, please let there be a divine arrangement that will swallow up any embarrassment in my life, and turn my tears to laughter, and shame to glory, in Jesus' name.

‎✓Father, please make all Your churches a place of answered prayers, deliver and save as many that will run into it seeking refuge, in Jesus' name.

‎

‎✓Father, I cancel every plan of the enemy that has been arranged for me or any member of my family, in Jesus' name.

‎

‎✓Father, please reverse every crisis set against my marriage , business and career. You are the beginning and the ending, please visit my very beginning and reverse cause of shame arranged for me, in Jesus' name.

‎

‎✓Father, please turn everything that would have resulted in shame into honour for me and every member of my family, in Jesus' name.

‎

‎✓Father, please reverse my shame, and let the later part of my life be far more glorious than my past, in Jesus' name.

‎

‎✓Father, please help me to trust You and never to loose faith in Your power to reverse my shame into mighty testimonies, in Jesus' name

‎

‎✓Father, please never let me experience shame in any area of my life, in Jesus' name.

‎

‎✓Father, thank You for the life of Your son, Pastor Enoch Adejare Adeboye.

‎

‎Turn every situation that would have cause him shame into honour and glory, in Jesus' name. Bless his children (biological and spiritual). Help him to continue to produce sons and daughters to Your glory, in Jesus name.

TOPIC: REVERSING SHAME

MEMORISE

Behold, at that time I will undo all that afflict thee: and I will save her that halteth, and gather her that was driven out; and I will get them praise and fame in every land where they have been put to shame. - (Zephaniah 3:19)

1 And the third day there was a marriage in Cana of Galilee; and the mother of Jesus was there:

2 And both Jesus was called, and his disciples, to the marriage.

3 And when they wanted wine, the mother of Jesus saith unto him, They have no wine.

4 Jesus saith unto her, Woman, what have I to do with thee? mine hour is not yet come.

5 His mother saith unto the servants, Whatsoever he saith unto you, do it.

6 And there were set there six waterpots of stone, after the manner of the purifying of the Jews, containing two or three firkins apiece.

7 Jesus saith unto them, Fill the waterpots with water. And they filled them up to the brim.

8 And he saith unto them, Draw out now, and bear unto the governor of the feast. And they bare it.

9 When the ruler of the feast had tasted the water that was made wine, and knew not whence it was: (but the servants which drew the water knew;) the governor of the feast called the bridegroom,

10 And saith unto him, Every man at the beginning doth set forth good wine; and when men have well drunk, then that which is worse: but thou hast kept the good wine until now.

11 This beginning of miracles did Jesus in Cana of Galilee, and manifested forth his glory; and his disciples believed on him.

MESSAGE

Sometime ago, a woman came to the church, saying, "Please, help me, I don't know what to do. My husband keeps wandering aimlessly at night without being in full control of his senses." We led her to Christ and prayed with her. Shortly after, she was promoted at her workplace and got a new car. As she couldn't drive, she begged her husband to drive her to church so that her pastor could bless the car. He agreed and told her that he would only drive to the church premises, but he wouldn't enter the building. He did so and sat in the car while his wife entered the church building. As he sat in the car, he could hear the sermon being preached. After some time, an altar call was made, and he went inside the church to give his life to Christ. Some weeks later, the devil attacked him while he was driving to work. He lost his senses immediately and began to drive around aimlessly until the Holy Spirit took control and instructed him to drive to the church. When he got to the church and stepped out of the car, people could tell immediately that something was wrong with him. They sprang into action and helped him into the church. We prayed for him, and God took control of the situation. God knew beforehand that trouble was coming for the man, and if he hadn't become born again, he would have gone mad. Therefore, He arranged for a place where he could turn to in the day of trouble. I pray that every plan of shame the enemy has arranged for you will be cancelled today, in Jesus' name.

In today's Bible reading, a couple was getting married, and Jesus was invited to the feast. Everything was going well until they ran out of wine. They had not even started their lives together, but they were already experiencing a crisis and were on the verge of being put to shame. Thankfully, Jesus turned what would have resulted in shame into honour, as they later had more than enough good wine to serve their guests.

Beloved, Romans 10:11 says that whosoever believes in God will not be ashamed. If you are currently in a shameful situation, put your trust in God and cry out to Him. He will heed your cry and turn your shame into a testimony, in Jesus' name.

Father, please never let me experience shame in any area of my life, in Jesus' name.

1.  What a friend we have in Jesus,

2. Have we trials and temptations? Is there trouble anywhere? We should never be discouraged, Take it to the Lord in prayer. Can we find a Friend so faithful Who will all our sorrows share? Jesus knows our ev'ry weakness,

TOPIC: REVERSING SICKNESS

MEMORISE

But unto you that fear my name shall the Sun of righteousness arise with healing in his wings; and ye shall go forth, and grow up as calves of the stall. - (Malachi 4:2)

READ: Acts 9:32-34 (KJV)

32 And it came to pass, as Peter passed throughout all quarters, he came down also to the saints which dwelt at Lydda.

33 And there he found a certain man named Aeneas, which had kept his bed eight years, and was sick of the palsy.

34 And Peter said unto him, Aeneas, Jesus Christ maketh thee whole: arise, and make thy bed. And he arose immediately.

MESSAGE

There was once a young boy whose idol-worshipping parents took to an ifa priest - a traditional spiritualist - when he was born. Their intention was to find out what would become of him in the future. When they got to the priest, he looked at the baby and said, "You had better take this boy to Jesus Christ." On hearing that, his parents got upset and said, "What kind of nonsense is this? How can an ifa priest recommend Jesus? Something must be wrong with you." As they took the boy away from the place, he suddenly suffered poor health all through his childhood. His parents took him everywhere in search of a solution, but the boy kept falling sick. One day, someone told the boy's parents to bring him to one of our programmes. They brought him to the programme covered in all kinds of charms. As I was preaching, I suddenly noticed a little stir in the congregation. After the service, I enquired about what caused the commotion earlier, and I was told that, during the service, the boy's mother removed his shirt and hung it on a chair because the sun was scorching hot, and the heat became unbearable for him. Shortly after, a snake came out of the boy's shirt while I was ministering. The power of God came down heavily and dealt with every evil force that was working against the boy. The snake was killed, and the boy received total deliverance from sickness. I pray that God will uproot anything He has not planted in your body, in Jesus' name.

Today's Bible reading tells us about a man, Aeneas, who was bedridden for eight years. He must have had different types of bedsores for those eight years since he couldn't move by himself, and must have been at the mercy of everyone around him until Peter visited his hometown, Lydda. On seeing him, Peter commanded him to arise and make his bed. Imagine someone who couldn't move from his bed by himself for eight years suddenly rising up to make his bed and move around.

Beloved, God can make long-lasting illnesses disappear in the twinkling of an eye. Therefore, if you are sick or have a loved one who is sick, call on Him today, and He will reverse that sickness and turn it into good health. I pray that God's power will destroy any illness that might exist in your body and give you divine health, in Jesus' name. 

PRAYER POINT

Father, please reverse any incurable sickness that exists in my life or those of my loved ones, in Jesus' name.

TOPIC: REVERSING HOPELESSNESS

MEMORISE

But thou, O LORD, art a shield for me; my glory, and the lifter up of mine head. - (Psalm 3:3)

2 Now there is at Jerusalem by the sheep market a pool, which is called in the Hebrew tongue Bethesda, having five porches.

3 In these lay a great multitude of impotent folk, of blind, halt, withered, waiting for the moving of the water.

4 For an angel went down at a certain season into the pool, and troubled the water: whosoever then first after the troubling of the water stepped in was made whole of whatsoever disease he had.

5 And a certain man was there, which had an infirmity thirty and eight years.

6 When Jesus saw him lie, and knew that he had been now a long time in that case, he saith unto him, Wilt thou be made whole?

7 The impotent man answered him, Sir, I have no man, when the water is troubled, to put me into the pool: but while I am coming, another steppeth down before me.

8 Jesus saith unto him, Rise, take up thy bed, and walk.

9 And immediately the man was made whole, and took up his bed, and walked: and on the same day was the sabbath.

MESSAGE

In today's Bible reading, a certain man, who had suffered from an infirmity for 38 years, had an encounter with Jesus. From his response to Jesus Christ's question, it was clear that he had lost all hope, but Jesus reversed his hopelessness when He commanded him to take up his bed and walk. In an instant, the 38-year infirmity disappeared, and his hopelessness vanished. I pray for you today that the Almighty God, who can reverse hopeless situations, will visit you today, and you shall receive a miracle, in Jesus' name.

When God wants to turn a fellow whom the world seems to have forsaken into a living testimony, He will arrange a divine encounter for the fellow. He will work it out in such a way that everyone around him or her will know that He is definitely at work.

Several years ago, I was travelling to Ilesha, a town in South-West Nigeria. Along the way, I saw a car that seemed to have broken down. As I approached it, I saw that it had an RCCG sticker on it. On taking a closer look, I saw that the person standing beside the car was a church member whom I knew. I also saw that she was pregnant. I asked her, "What's wrong with your car?" Immediately she saw me, she exclaimed, "Daddy! Is it really you I'm seeing? Oh God!" I asked her again, "Is there a problem with your car?" She replied, "Sir, don't worry about the car. I have a bigger problem." She then went on to tell me that the baby in her womb had not moved for the past six days, and the doctors had told her that they were going to evacuate the baby. After listening to her, I said, "In that case, I decree, baby, come back to life, in Jesus' name." Immediately, the baby started moving again. A few years ago, I visited one of our parishes in Europe, and that same baby whom the doctors wanted to evacuate from the woman's womb was the one playing the drums.

Beloved, I want you to know that nothing is impossible with God (Luke 1:37). If you are currently in the midst of a situation that seems hopeless, I want you to put your trust in the One who makes rivers in the desert (Isaiah 43:19). He will bring you out of that hopeless situation and give you victory where defeat seemed certain, in Jesus' name.

TOPIC: REVERSING FAILURE

MEMORISE

Thou hast turned for me my mourning into dancing: thou hast put off my sackcloth, and girded me with gladness; - (Psalm 30:11)

READ: Luke 5:1-10 (KJV)

1 And it came to pass, that, as the people pressed upon him to hear the word of God, he stood by the lake of Gennesaret,

2 And saw two ships standing by the lake: but the fishermen were gone out of them, and were washing their nets.

3 And he entered into one of the ships, which was Simon's, and prayed him that he would thrust out a little from the land. And he sat down, and taught the people out of the ship.

4 Now when he had left speaking, he said unto Simon, Launch out into the deep, and let down your nets for a draught.

5 And Simon answering said unto him, Master, we have toiled all the night, and have taken nothing: nevertheless at thy word I will let down the net.

6 And when they had this done, they inclosed a great multitude of fishes: and their net brake.

7 And they beckoned unto their partners, which were in the other ship, that they should come and help them. And they came, and filled both the ships, so that they began to sink.

8 When Simon Peter saw it, he fell down at Jesus' knees, saying, Depart from me; for I am a sinful man, O Lord.

9 For he was astonished, and all that were with him, at the draught of the fishes which they had taken:

10 And so was also James, and John, the sons of Zebedee, which were partners with Simon. And Jesus said unto Simon, Fear not; from henceforth thou shalt catch men.

MESSAGE

In today's Bible reading, Peter had fished all night and caught nothing. Even though he toiled throughout the night he had nothing to show for his efforts. However, God turned his failure into an instant success by arranging a divine encounter for him. After hosting Jesus in his boat, he caught so many fishes that his net broke. As he couldn't handle the size of his catch alone, he had to beckon to other fishermen to help him. Instantly, his failure was reversed, and he experienced a great turnaround.

When my mother was alive, I used to travel to Ilesha, which was very close to my hometown in western Nigeria, to visit her every two weeks. On one such visit, I was about to eat when a man was brought inside the house. At first glance, I thought he was a madman, based on his appearance. However, I learnt that he was a highly educated man who used to be very wealthy before the enemy attacked him in a very strange way. He had a problem that no doctor on earth could handle. He told me that insects of all kinds usually come out of his body at regular intervals, and he had spent everything he had seeking a solution to this spiritual attack. He had also sold all his clothes and had resorted to wearing rags. Thankfully, God had mercy on him and arranged a divine encounter for him. When he told me his story, I asked him, "Will you give your life to Jesus Christ?" I explained to him that his battle was one that only God could help him win. He gave his life to Jesus Christ, and we prayed a simple prayer before he left.

Two weeks after that incident, I went back to llesha to visit my mother as usual. Again, as I sat down to eat, a handsome, well-dressed man walked into the room. As he saw that I could not recognise him, he said, "It seems you don't recognise me." I replied, "I don't think we have ever met." He then responded, "I was the one you prayed for two weeks ago. Look at what God has done in my life in just two weeks!" Beloved, I pray that any cycle of failure in your life will be reversed for good, and you will begin to enjoy cycles of blessings and miracles, in Jesus name.

‎These prayer points are not written by Pastor E. A. Adeboye, but by one of his disciples of Christ, who was inspired and  mandated by the Holy Spirit, effective, January 1st, 2015, to start writing these prayer points, based on the Open Heavens Daily Devotional  authored by Pastor E. A. Adeboye.

‎✓Father, thank You for the power of the anointing that heals the brokenhearted, delivers the captive, recovering the sight of the blind, and setting at liberty the bruised.

‎✓Father, please reverse the irreversible in my life. Let today be the day of my divine appointment for the termination of every form of bondage i am in, in Jesus' name.

‎✓Father, please set me free from every problem that are beyond my understanding, and let there be a divine set up for my total deliverance, in Jesus' name.

‎✓Father, as many that are yet under the bondage of sin, please save them from the stronghold of hell and destroy every yoke in their lives, in Jesus' name.

‎✓Father, please destroy any yoke that might be troubling me and any member of my family, and reverse every impossibilities, in Jesus' name.

‎✓Father, please visit all Your children today and let there be a way where there seem to be none. Reverse every long term struggle in any area of their lives, and let there be celebrations, in Jesus' name.

‎✓Father, please visit me today, and break me free from every bondage of the devil, and destroy the yokes that had kept me in captivity for so long, in Jesus' name.

‎✓Father, please let it come to pass that this is the day that every satanic burden will be taken away from off my shoulder, and yokes from off my neck because of the anointing, in Jesus' name.

‎✓Father, I decree that nothing will be able to keep me from lifting my head and hands to praise You all the days of my life, in Jesus' name.

‎✓Father, please let me have an encounter with You that   break any form of bondage that might exist in my life, in Jesus' name.

‎

‎✓Father, thank You for the life of Your son, Pastor Enoch Adejare Adeboye.

‎Please, let Your son experience more divine encounters, in Jesus' name. Bless his children (biological and spiritual). Help him to continue to produce sons and daughters to Your glory, in Jesus' name.

‎✓Father, bless Your son that You have been using to prepare these prayer points beyond measure, and all those who have been rebroadcasting them, in Jesus' name.

‎✓Father, please let every challenge, hindrance and obstacle of getting these prayer points across to Your children, timely, and on daily basis be removed, in Jesus' name.
