“Lord Jesus, I come to You with a deeply repentant heart, please, forgive me all my sins. I surrender my life to you, today, and, I accept You, as my personal Lord and Saviour. Please, come into my life and save my soul from eternal destruction in hell fire. In Jesus' name, I pray.”

Prayer Points 

1.Thank You, Father, for the salvation of my soul from eternal destruction in hell fire.

2.Thank You, Father, for the grace and the efforts of those who preached  the word, that I heard and became saved.

3.Thank You, Father, for saving my soul, so that I can rise for the salvation of others.

4.Father, in anyway I have fallen short  of your glory, please, have mercy and

forgive me; let Your mercy prevail over judgement of sin in my life, in Jesus' name.

5.Father, rekindle the fire of Your revival upon my life and Your Church and let every spirit of lukewarmness be destroyed, in Jesus' name.

6.Father, raise more end - time soldiers of Christ to preach the gospel to all creatures, in Jesus' name.

7.Father, raise committed, addictive and dedicated preachers of the gospel, that will take the gospel all over the world, in Jesus' name.

8.Father, release the Holy Spirit afresh upon Your church and increase our zeal and commitment to preach the gospel  daily, in season and out of season, in Jesus' name.

9.Father, please, give me the grace to preach the gospel to at least one person every day, in Jesus' name.

10.Father, bless your son, Pastor Enoch Adejare Adeboye;  grant him divine health and long life; and, bless his ministry, home, and family (biological and spiritual), forever, in Jesus' name.

11.Father, bless Your son that You have been using to prepare these prayer points, beyond measures, and all those who have been rebroadcasting them, in Jesus' name.

12.Father, let every challenge, hindrance and obstacle of getting these prayer points across to Your children, timely, and on daily basis be removed, in Jesus' name.

13.Your Personal petitions.

14.In Jesus' name I pray.

15.Thank You Father for answered prayers.

(1 Thessalonians 5:18).

OPEN HEAVENS DAILY DEVOTIONAL 

DATE: FRIDAY MARCH 15TH, 2024.

TOPIC: THE MORE THE MERRIER

MEMORISE:

“How should one chase a thousand, and two put ten thousand to flight, except their Rock had sold them, and the Lord had shut them up?” - (Deuteronomy 32:30)

READ: ECCLESIASTES 4:9-12 (KJV)

9  Two are better than one; because they have a good reward for their labour.

10 For if they fall, the one will lift up his fellow: but woe to him that is alone when he falleth; for he hath not another to help him up.

11 Again, if two lie together, then they have heat: but how can one be warm alone?

12 And if one prevail against him, two shall withstand him; and a threefold cord is not quickly broken.

MESSAGE:

The more we are in our local assemblies, the merrier our services will be. If we are not many, how can we make a joyful noise? The more we are, the louder the noise we can make, and the merrier it will be to praise God together. Let me tell you what I believe to be the origin of clapping. One day, the fingers woke up and heard the birds singing, and they said, “O God, we also want to praise You.” They tried to make a sound individually, but no sound came. Suddenly, they said, “If two of us should cooperate, maybe we can produce some sound.” So, one finger cooperated with another finger, and they discovered that there was a little snapping sound. They took it further, and one finger cooperated with the other palm. They made a better sound, and then another finger decided to join in. The sound improved, and yet another finger joined in. Before long, all the fingers were jamming together in praise, making a joyful noise to the Lord.

In the same token, the more we are, the greater our impact will be in the world. When we are many, the impact we will make cannot be ignored because it will be significant. When ten people come together against a policy of the government, the government can easily ignore them. However, when 10,000 people come together to speak against the same policy, it will be very difficult for the government to ignore them. The governing powers in the environment where your local assembly is situated will take you more seriously when you are many. As a result, your local assembly can influence the culture and policies in that environment.

When we are many, projects become easier to accomplish. When ten people come together to do something, they will have to put in a lot of effort and personal resources to get it done. However, if 100 people come together to do the same thing, they obviously will need less individual effort and personal resources to get that thing done. Therefore, projects are done faster and easier when we are many.

Beloved, if truly God is your father, you should be committed to the expansion of His kingdom. Preach the gospel anywhere you find yourself and set a personal target to win at least one soul to Christ per day. If you cannot go to the mission field, support missionaries with your prayers and your personal resources. The more Christians we have around the world, the greater our impact will be.

ACTION POINT

Make it a point of duty to preach the gospel to at least one person every day.

2. Thank You, Father, for the salvation of my soul and for the mandate given, to preach the gospel.

3. Thank You, Father, for sending Your son, Jesus Christ, to pay the ultimate price, for my redemption.

4. Father, in anyway I have fallen short of your glory, please, have mercy and forgive me; let Your mercy prevail over judgement of sin in my life, in Jesus’ name.

5. Father, please, release upon my life, the power and the grace to fulfill the great commission to preach the gospel, in Jesus’ name.

6. Father, please, make me a candidate of heaven and use me to take as many sinners as possible with me, to heaven, in Jesus’ name.

7. Father, please, do not allow anyone to go to hell fire, on account of me not preaching the gospel to him or her, in Jesus’ name.

8. Father, please, empower me with the grace to preach the gospel in season, and out of season, to every creature, in Jesus’ name.

9. Father, please, make me a compulsive, addictive and an unrepentant preacher of the gospel, in Jesus’ name.

10. Father, bless your son, Pastor Enoch Adejare Adeboye;  grant him divine health and long life; and, bless his ministry, home, and family (biological and spiritual), forever, in Jesus' name.

11. Father, bless Your son that You have been using to prepare these prayer points, beyond measures, and all those who have been rebroadcasting them, in Jesus' name.
